Give every character a clear identity
Name each character and describe the details that should stay consistent: face, colors, proportions, outfit and distinctive accessories. Assign the correct reference to each person or original character. If the story changes an outfit, say which details change and which must remain. References are optional, but useful when a recurring design matters.
Stage one readable action at a time
“She feels ignored” leaves a lot to interpretation. “She sits on the left, turns toward him on the right, waits for eye contact and points at the empty chair” describes visible behavior. Specify who moves first, where the other character is looking and the reaction that follows. Review the Director’s shot plan before paying for generation.
Choose whether the scene speaks
For a silent story, keep speech empty and request relaxed mouths, with emotion shown through eyes, eyebrows and body gestures. For dialogue, assign each line to the intended speaker and review the voice before producing the shot. Music-only stories can use a continuous instrumental track. These directions reduce ambiguity but cannot guarantee every generated movement.
Preserve the emotional ending
Leave enough time for the final reaction to register. A cuddle, a relieved smile or a small apology often works better when the camera holds instead of introducing another event. After generation, check that character identities and positions remain coherent across the cuts. Replace a mistaken shot rather than restarting the complete film.

Can the Director keep my existing story?
Use the exact-story path in the character-story flow and supply the complete story. Review the scene plan to confirm that the events and ending were preserved.
Can I use different references for different characters?
Yes. Map references to the corresponding characters and inspect each shot’s assignments. Avoid adding unrelated images to the shoot.
Does “no dialogue” guarantee no lip movement?
No. Explicit silent-scene instructions help, but AI motion is not deterministic. Review the clip; unwanted mouth animation may require a shot replacement.
