A little help, from idea to export

Create product films, character stories and videos with narration or dialogue. Start with an idea or a supplied character story, review the storyboard, choose any audio, generate the shots and export the film.

A project holds shared context and brand settings. A shoot is one video within that project. Each shoot can have its own story, selected references, voices and generated clips.

Yes. In the character-story flow, provide your story, identify its characters and assign references if you have them. Review the Director’s scene plan before generating so the action and character positions match your intent.

No. Reference images and scene assignments are optional. Add images when a particular person, product or character needs visual guidance, and select the references relevant to that shoot.

References guide appearance, but AI can still change details. Clear character assignments and scene directions help. Review each clip before assembling or publishing the film.

Yes. Choose no dialogue or voiceover and leave speech empty. Music is optional and has its own generation quote. Make silent-scene instructions clear, then review the clips for unwanted mouth movement or audio.

Only if you want to use a particular authorized voice. Available catalogue voices can be selected where offered. Silent films do not require a voice profile. Registering an existing voice ID is different from creating a voice clone.

Yes. Open the storyboard or speech editor, edit the relevant lines and speaker assignments, save your changes and review the audio before video generation. Changes that need fresh audio or clips can require a new quote.

Choose the language you want for speech and on-screen text, and write your story in a supported language. Visual generation directions are prepared in English. Review names, pronunciation and captions before publishing.

Only with the rights and permission needed for that use. Do not upload someone else’s likeness or recordings without authorization, or use them for deceptive impersonation.

Eligible new accounts receive 250 welcome credits. Stories are limited to 10 seconds until the first paid top-up. All available modes can use the balance, but the number of completed videos depends on the steps and quotes you approve.

They are separate generation steps. The Director quote covers planning work; speech and music depend on your audio choices; video depends on the selected model and billable shot duration. Approve each quote before work begins.

The approved amount is held while a step runs. It is spent when that step completes or released for a confirmed failed step. If a provider may have accepted the request, the hold can remain until its status is resolved.

Check Usage & credits and allow payment verification to finish. Do not pay again to fix a pending payment. Contact support with the payment or order ID if the credits are still missing.

See Refunds & cancellation for payment issues, unused-credit requests and failed jobs. Support reviews the payment and generation records. A canceled job or an unwanted creative result does not automatically create a cash refund.

Yes, when shot replacement is available for the film. Edit the selected shot and approve its replacement quote. Preview the replacement before choosing to use it. The original film stays available while the replacement is being produced.

Check its progress first. Provider queues and complex shots can take time. If the status says the submission is unknown, use the status-check or support flow instead of submitting another request that could duplicate the work.

Completed clips can be retained even if the final assembly fails. Use Resume where offered to continue with those assets. Share the support reference with us if the problem continues.

Yes. The browser cut editor lets you preview changes to transition overlap using your saved clips. Export the updated edit to create a revised MP4. Changing the scene itself still requires a replacement generation.

Save your brand details and assets, choose the brand for the project and attach an approved brand ending where offered. You can also use a prepared image as the starting point for the brand-outro flow.

Check that you have rights to all inputs, likenesses, voices, music, logos and characters, and that your chosen providers permit your intended use. Review the output for accuracy and infringement; AI generation does not itself provide legal clearance.

Your workspace content is accessed through your account. Relevant content is shared with providers to perform generation, storage and delivery. Read the Privacy policy for processing details, and control who receives any exported files or links you share.
