1. Using the service

These terms apply to the Video Sarthi website, studio and paid generation features operated by CY Smart Solutions (“we”, “us”). Read them with our Privacy, Refunds & cancellation and Digital delivery policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and have authority to act for any business you represent. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account; contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you already hold in the stories, images, logos, audio and other content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and share that content with the service providers needed to perform the work you request, including generation, rendering and delivery.

Upload only material you have permission to use. Obtain the necessary consent before using a real person’s likeness or voice, including voice cloning. You must have the rights needed for your intended use of music, brands, characters and other protected material.

Review the applicable provider and third-party rights before commercial distribution. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership, legal clearance or non-infringement of generated content.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not present fabricated endorsements as genuine.

Do not bypass account restrictions, interfere with other accounts, exploit payment or credit mechanisms, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict content or access to address abuse, security incidents, provider restrictions or legal obligations.

4. Generation and review

AI results can contain inaccurate facts, inconsistent characters, imperfect speech, unexpected motion or other errors. You are responsible for reviewing the final content and deciding whether it is suitable for your audience and purpose.

Generation times and feature availability depend on processing capacity and third-party providers. A particular output, likeness, result or completion time is not guaranteed. Approving another generation or replacement can incur another credit charge.

5. Credits and payments

Each paid generation step requires approval of its displayed credit quote. Other steps may have separate charges. Current quotes apply to new approvals; already approved work retains its approved quote.

Payment capture must be verified before purchased credits are added. Welcome credits are promotional service credits and have no cash redemption value. Refunds, cancellations, uncertain provider submissions and payment corrections are handled as described in the Refunds & cancellation policy. A payment reversal may also reverse the related credits.

6. Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, update or discontinue features and may suspend access where needed to protect the service or comply with law. Download and keep your own copies of completed work that you need to retain.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI outputs are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

7. Questions and changes

Use the Contact page for account, billing, rights or service concerns. Include enough information to identify the issue, but never send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or full payment credentials.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The update date appears on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter an already approved generation quote. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will still apply.
