Digital delivery policy
Video Sarthi is an online service. There are no physical goods to ship.

Purchased credits are added to the signed-in account after the payment is captured and verified. Verification can continue after checkout closes. Check Usage & credits before paying again if your payment appears pending.
If your bank shows a completed payment but credits are missing, contact us with the payment or order ID so we can check the existing transaction.
Video and audio delivery
Generated content is delivered inside the relevant shoot. Processing is asynchronous: queues, provider capacity, selected models and media duration affect completion time. No fixed generation time is guaranteed.
Follow progress in the studio, review completed clips and download the assembled MP4 when it is ready. A generation step may require your review before the next step starts.
Access and recovery
Sign in with the account used to create the project to access its content. Keep a local copy of completed exports you need to retain. If assembly fails after clips complete, use the available resume option to reuse those assets.
For missing content or a stalled job, contact support with the project or shoot name and the support reference shown in the error. Digital delivery does not involve a courier, shipping address or physical return.
